Which systems are supported?

STREONOR software supports Windows 10 64-bit or later and macOS Big Sur 11.0 or later. Linux is currently not supported.
Can I use another USB cable?

We recommend using the original cable included with your STREONOR device. If you use another cable, please make sure it is a USB 3.0 data cable that supports stable data transfer. Charging-only cables or low-speed cables may cause connection issues.
Why is my device not recognized or only showing the logo?

Please connect the device directly to your computer instead of using a USB hub. Also check that each connector is fully inserted, and try another USB 3.0 data cable if needed.
Can I create one key for multiple actions?

Yes. You can use Action Flow in the STREONOR software to combine multiple actions into one key and set the interval between each action.
Which STREONOR model should I choose?

S6 Mini is compact and suitable for shortcuts and audio control. S15 Standard offers more keys for creators and editors. S10 Pro adds touchscreen and rotary knobs for advanced control. S32 Max is designed for heavy workflows and power users.
